i love your wod programming! i only did 1 round, because this is my recovering week, and because i couldn't do any more muscle ups... but i can't wait to try it again!
I am going to use this blog to post my daily WODS. My WOD times will be in the comments section waiting to be destroyed. Hope to get some firebreathers out there to complete some of these WODS and post their times as well. Competition fuels the fire! I have always liked the saying......Crossfit, destroying EGOS 1 WOD at a time.
