2 July 2009 OHS

Today I wanted to see what my 3 rep max was for the Overhead Squat. I was pleased to find out that my 2 rep max was 210#. I had the third almost to the top and lost it. It's time to attack 15 body weight Overhead Squats! Check out the July challenge from Dutch Lowy's page, I'm pumped to give that a shot.
