Today was the deadlift burpee workout from the Crossfit Games in 2008. I am going to have to try this one again, I know I got at least sub 3:00 in the tank!

5 Deadlift 275#

4 X 400m Sprints with 1:30 seconds rest

Yeah you do. I need to do your WOD2 soemtime. I won't put those times up but it'll be fun. For my WOD2 today I did the CFE WOD from a few days ago. 30:20 on a treadmill at 12% grade for 8 intervals, but I did 10 intervals.....hard.
